- Vice president will be replaced due to current VP's request - nomination and appointment will

take place on AGM.

- Mr Sahabir suggested names for advisors

- Mr Krishna Kumar suggested to appoint a committee rep for JRUS - open for discussion

- Mr Dilli Rai highlighted, lack of attendance could be due to not familiar with the technology. Mr

Milan Rai has offered his service for meeting apps training.

- Discussed about how to make organisation's website more effective and create tasks for taskforce team.

- Discussed about Deusi Bhailo Karykram - all agreed that the program gone unnoticed and will be discussed in the future to make it more interesting and effective.
